Plain-language version: this is a free hobby site for tracking football schedules. Use it, don't abuse it, and don't bet money on it being perfectly accurate. The full terms are below.
1. Acceptance
By using onepageseason.com (the "Service"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
2. What the Service is
One Page Season aggregates publicly available NFL and college football schedules, live scores, TV broadcast information, standings, rankings and news into a single personalized view. It is provided free of charge for personal, informational use.
3. Not affiliated with any league or team
One Page Season is an independent, unofficial site. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the NFL, the NCAA, any conference, any team, or any broadcaster. Team names, logos and marks referenced on this site are the property of their respective owners and are used solely to identify the teams and games being described.
4. Data accuracy
Kickoff times, TV assignments, scores, standings and rankings are sourced from third-party sports data feeds and displayed "as is." Upstream sources can be delayed, incomplete, or wrong, and a schedule or broadcast can change after we display it. Don't rely on this site as your sole source before making plans (travel, betting, or otherwise) - check official league or broadcaster sources for anything time-sensitive.
5. No warranty
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability. The Service can go down, change, or be discontinued at any time without notice.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, One Page Season and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service - including missing a broadcast, a game, or relying on incorrect data displayed here.
7. Acceptable use
Don't use automated tools to scrape or overload the Service beyond normal personal use, don't attempt to circumvent rate limits or security controls, and don't use the Service to republish or resell the underlying data as your own product.
8. Advertising
Advertising is not currently enabled. If third-party advertising is introduced, advertising content will not constitute an endorsement by One Page Season. See the Privacy Policy for how advertising cookies work.
9. Third-party links
The Service may link to or embed content from third parties (news sources, team pages, calendar apps). We aren't responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of those third parties.
10. Changes
These terms may be updated from time to time; the "Effective" date above will reflect the latest revision. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
