How One Page Season is put together

I'm Andrew, and I run One Page Season on my own. This page describes where the schedules come from, how the articles are written and how to tell me about a mistake.

Who runs the site

One Page Season is a small, independently run site - no company, no investors, just me maintaining it in my spare time. It isn't affiliated with the NFL, the NCAA, any conference or any team. You can read more about why I built it on the About page.

Where the schedule data comes from

Schedules, scores, team information and broadcast listings are supplied through ESPN sports data feeds. The site combines and formats those records; it does not set game times or decide broadcast coverage. Unknown details stay marked TBD. If the feed is unavailable, a saved response may be shown with a freshness notice. A team missing from the directory may still play football; its schedule just isn't currently available through our provider.

How articles are written

The blog covers schedule commentary, viewing guides and practical how-to pieces about following NFL and college football. Articles are drafted with AI assistance and fact-checked against official league and team sources, such as the NFL, the conferences, the College Football Playoff, the TV networks and team athletics sites. Each article shows its publication date and links to the sources it used.

When a detail like a kickoff time, network or matchup hasn't been announced yet, I mark it TBD or leave it out rather than guess. Schedules can change after an article is published, so an older post describes what was known when it was written, not necessarily the current schedule. For the latest times and channels, check the schedule or your team's page.

Opinion and picks

Picks such as "games to watch" are my own opinion about what looks worth watching. They aren't predictions, and they aren't betting advice.

Reporting a mistake

Kickoff times and channels can change late, and mistakes happen. If you spot an error, email [email protected] (it's also on the Contact page) and I'll take a look. It helps to include the page URL and the detail that looks wrong. For schedule data, mention the team and the game, so I can work out whether it's a display issue here or something in the upstream data feed. Since the site is run by one person, replies can take a little while.
